SUP Yoga Fusion
Ignite your mind, body and spirit with this unique adaptation of an SUP yoga class. This experience will combine light/moderate cardio (paddling) with yoga and guided meditation for an immersion workout that will leave you glowing from the inside out. Our talented instructors have many years of combined experience teaching yoga, personal training, guiding paddlers, and facilitating workshops. This 1.5 hour class will take you on a journey deep within, while surrounded by the healing beauty of the ocean. This class is open to all levels, but we recommend previous paddling/yoga experience.
SUP YOGA 101
INTRODUCTION TO SUP YOGA
This class is meant for beginners to SUP Yoga. With SUP yoga, you get to combine the benefits of yoga with an added element of balance thanks to the SUP’s unstable surface as you float on top of the water. Plus, you get to be outside on the ocean in the sunshine, which is calming in itself. Bringing yoga poses and deep breathing into the mix just makes it all the more relaxing and rejuvenating. During the course of this class we will go over the basics of paddling, SUP yoga poses and managing all the equipment from start to finish. This class is taught in partnership with DiviniTree Yoga Santa Barbara.
